Gurteen was established in 1784 and remains one of the highest regarded clothing companies in the UK today. We have been a finalist every year since the award for the 'Best Mainstream Brand' was established by the UK's trade publication, Drapers.  Gurteen is proud to have won it in 4 of those 5 years!

 
Why? Quite simply – our clothes sell, the garments are commercial and the service is second to none.  The business is split into two divisions, Branded and Own / Private Label.

Branded

The range consists of 4 main brands. Gurteen, Sovereign, Esquire and Hucklecote. Gurteen produces two collections each year: Autumn/Winter and Spring/Summer. In addition to the range launches, the company has an extensive stock programme throughout the year. The company attends three main shows each season: AIS, Moda and IMC. Customers are serviced by a dedicated sales team operating throughout the United Kingdom and our order office are always on hand to advise customers on stock positions, order tracking or indeed any admin matters regarding their account.
